Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Service is operated by INFOTECH SERVICE FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE). By using the Goolazo service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the Service. This agreement is between you and INFOTECH SERVICE FZ-LLC. Apple and Google are not a party to it, are not responsible for the Service or its content, and do not handle claims about it, although they may rely on these Terms as third party beneficiaries. We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If a change does not suit you, cancel your subscription before that date.

2. Service description

Goolazo is a personal training platform for amateur and semi-professional footballers. The service includes: a personal weekly plan, a chat with coach Carlos, modules for technique, fitness, recovery, psychology and gym, a nutrition diary with energy and protein targets, food recognition from a photo on the Elite plan, progress tracking, weekly leagues and challenges, an invitation programme with a monthly draw, video rewards, and an optional weekly report for a parent or coach. The replies from coach Carlos and coach Mateus are generated by a language model, not by a live person. They are not a coach, a doctor or a psychologist. The number of messages per day is limited and depends on your plan. Exercise videos are created with artificial intelligence from the movements of real training sessions and carry an "AI" badge on screen. If you take part in leagues and the leaderboard, other players see your name and profile photo. There is no button to hide yourself from the leaderboard right now: you can change or remove your name and photo in settings.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration is required to access paid features
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• One person: one account. Transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited
• Minimum age: 13. For users in the European Economic Area: 16, unless national law sets a lower age of consent with parental permission
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• If you are under 18, use the Service with the knowledge of a parent or legal guardian, and set up any paid subscription together with them: they pay
• A parent or legal guardian can write to support@goolazo.app to obtain a child's data, delete the account or cancel the subscription

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are provided on a subscription basis:

• Paid plans: Starter, Pro and Elite. The current price, currency and period length are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm
• The subscription renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on what you chose. The first charge happens when you confirm the purchase, and every following charge within 24 hours before the end of each period, at the price of the plan you chose
• To stop it renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Where to cancel: iOS: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. For a subscription bought on the website: Settings, Manage subscription, inside the app. Only the service that took the payment can cancel it
• After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period
• The Technique module is free forever and needs no card
• We refund within 7 days of the charge and will not ask why. A purchase made in the App Store or Google Play is refunded by the store itself: write to us, we will walk you through it and step in if the store refuses
• If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. By starting to use paid features straight away you ask us to begin performance before that period ends and acknowledge that the right to withdraw is lost once the service has been fully supplied. A proportionate amount may be kept for the part of the period you already used. A purchase made in the App Store or Google Play is refunded by the store, because the store is the seller
• Elite has a limited number of seats. The current number is shown on the purchase screen. Cancelling frees your seat for another player
• We may change prices. We will tell you the new price before it is charged and you can cancel first. For subscriptions bought in a store, the notice and, where required, your consent are handled by the store
• In-app payments in store builds are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Payments on the website are processed by Stripe, and for Russia and Belarus by lava.top
• Payments for Russia and Belarus go through lava.top as a subscription: the charge repeats every paid period (month or year) until you cancel it. You can cancel renewal at any time under Manage subscription on the plans screen, and access stays until the paid period ends
• Subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are managed by the store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by App Store or Google Play terms

5. Rewards for invitations, the monthly draw and videos

The invitation programme, the monthly draw and the video programme grant access to paid features without payment. Rewards are granted as Service features, never as money. The rules:

• An invitation reward is earned once the invited person takes a paid subscription and is granted after 7 days: the refund window
• A refund or chargeback by the invited person voids the reward
• Invitation rewards stack, but never beyond 6 months in total
• Tickets for the monthly draw are earned for friends who complete a first session or take a subscription. Entry is free: no purchase is needed to take part
• The draw is run by the Goolazo team. Tickets close on the last day of the month at 23:59 UTC and winners are announced on the first day of the next month. Three winners each month: Elite for 3 months, Elite for 1 month and Pro for 1 month. Winners are picked by a random number generator from all tickets held that month: more tickets mean a better chance, never a guaranteed win
• We notify winners in the app and by email to the account address, and the prize is added to the account within 7 days. A prize cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person
• The draw is run by INFOTECH SERVICE FZ-LLC. Apple and Google do not sponsor it, take no part in it and are not responsible for it
• Entrants under 18 need permission from a parent or legal guardian. Where draws of this kind are prohibited by law, entry is not available
• A video reward matches the view count at the time of review, and the video must be at least 7 days old
• One reward per video; resubmitting the same video is not considered
• The app must be visible or mentioned in the video. Every submission is reviewed by a person on our team. We reject any video that breaks the law, the platform's rules or our content rules
• By submitting a link you confirm the video is yours and that you hold the rights to everything in it, including the music and the people on screen. You grant us a free right to show and repost that video on Goolazo channels with credit to you. You can withdraw that right by writing to support@goolazo.app
• The top step of the reward ladder includes an offer of paid collaboration. It is an invitation to talk, not a ready employment contract: terms are agreed separately and depend on the law of your country and on your age
• Faked views, self-invitations and fake accounts end access to rewards without returning those already granted
• Rewards are granted as service features, never as money, and cannot be exchanged or paid out
• We may change or end the programmes with notice; rewards already granted remain until they expire
• A reward can never be earned for rating, reviewing or installing the app in the App Store, Google Play or any other store. We do not consider submissions of that kind

6. Conduct and content rules

Prohibited:

• Using the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing or reselling platform materials for commercial purposes without written permission
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limitations
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service
• Posting insults, threats, bullying, sexual content or promotion of hatred, drugs, weapons or self-harm in your name, profile photo, messages to the coaches or submitted videos
• Impersonating another person or a member of the Goolazo team
• Submitting someone else's video, or a video you do not hold the rights to
• You can report another player's name or photo straight from the leaderboard: the Report button on their card. You can report a reply from Carlos or Mateus with the Report button under the message. You can also write to support@goolazo.app
• We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove a name or photo, close access to the leaderboard, or block the account. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@goolazo.app and a person will review the decision

7. Content and Liability

Training plans, exercises, tips and coach replies are for informational purposes only. They do not replace consultation with a professional coach, physiotherapist, doctor or psychologist.

Before starting new or intensive training, especially after an injury, with pain, or with a chronic condition, consult a doctor. Train in a safe place, warm up, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. We advise players under 18 to train under the supervision of an adult. Goolazo is not liable for injuries, physical deterioration or other harm resulting from following our recommendations, to the extent permitted by law.

The nutrition module provides estimated energy and protein figures and is not medical advice, a treatment programme or a diet. Food values are approximate, and a photo estimate even more so. For questions about health, nutrition or weight, consult a doctor or a sports dietitian. Carlos and Mateus are language models. They can be wrong and can invent facts, so check anything that matters and never treat their replies as medical, psychological or legal help. Mateus does not handle a crisis: if you feel very bad or have thoughts of harming yourself, talk to an adult and contact your local emergency service. Exercise videos are created with artificial intelligence from the movements of real training sessions, reviewed by our team before publication, and carry an "AI" badge on screen. The people shown in them do not exist.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, code, texts, algorithms, Goolazo trademark) is the property of Goolazo and protected by intellectual property law. Personal training plans generated for you are provided under a non-exclusive license for personal non-commercial use. We claim no exclusive rights over the language model's replies and do not promise that similar text will not be produced for another player. The content you upload (name, profile photo, food photos, video links) stays yours. You grant us the right to store and display it as far as the Service needs, and for videos submitted to the reward programme also the right to show them on Goolazo channels.

9. Termination of Access

We may limit or close access to an account if you break these Terms. For a serious breach the block can be immediate; otherwise we warn you first and explain why. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@goolazo.app and a person will review the decision within 14 days. You can delete your account yourself at any time: More, Settings, Delete account. The account and its data are removed immediately and cannot be restored. A subscription bought by card on the website is cancelled automatically, but deleting the account does not stop an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel that in the store settings. If you cannot open the app, write to the same address and we will delete the account within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of continuity, error-free operation, or achievement of specific athletic results. Goolazo's maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the last 3 months of subscription. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law: for death or personal injury, for intent and gross negligence, or the mandatory consumer rights that a contract cannot take away.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. We first try to settle any dispute by writing: contact support@goolazo.app and we will reply within 30 days. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to the courts of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country where the law guarantees it, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live: this clause does not take that away.
